2. Pricing and Payments

We strive to offer the most competitive pricing in the global market. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering via our authorized payment gateways.

International customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their destination country.

3. Production & Shipping Delays

While we work efficiently to handcraft and ship your garments, delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only. Rosedao is not liable for international transit delays caused by customs processing or carrier issues.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, graphics, text, branding, and dress designs created by Rosedao—is the exclusive property of Rosedao. You may not replicate, distribute, or use our brand assets for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

5. User-Submitted Designs

When you submit a design or modification request to Rosedao, you warrant that you own the rights to that imagery or concept and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property. You grant Rosedao the right to manufacture the garment based on your submission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rosedao provides its products and website services on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosedao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
