We want you to love your garment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 15 days of the date you received your package, subject to the conditions below.

The Return Options

If you choose to return an eligible item for any reason (even if you simply changed your mind), you can select one of two options:

Option 1: Refund to Store Credit (100% Value)

Receive a digital gift card for 100% of the item's purchase price. This store credit never expires and can be used on any future Rosedao purchase.

Option 2: Refund to Original Payment Method (70% Value)

Receive a refund to your original payment method, minus a 30% processing fee.

Return Conditions & Shipping

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements.

Item Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our highly competitive pricing and custom model, we strictly cannot accept returns or refunds on:

Customized Items: Any garment where you chose a custom fabric, size, or submitted a specific design modification.

Sale Items: Any products purchased during a promotional sale or clearance.
