To get your pieces to you as quickly as possible, we ship all international orders via FedEx, DHL, or UPS Express, delivering worldwide within 2–5 business days.
We automatically select the fastest carrier available for your destination. However, if you have a specific courier preference among these three, please let us know immediately after placing your order, and we will be happy to accommodate your choice.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Rosé. DAO garments. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery under the following options:
- 100% Store Credit: Receive a digital gift card for the full purchase price with no expiration date.
- 70% Original Payment: Receive a refund to your original payment method, minus a 30% processing fee.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
